Great location: The hotel is situated in a prime spot, right by the beach. It was awesome to be just steps away from the beautiful coastline and the refreshing ocean.
Deceptive room size: The "Junior Suite" turned out to be quite cramped, with not much space for a couple and their luggage. We felt a bit cramped and wished there was more room to move around.

Service, comfort, swimming pool, si nice view and situation.
No information about breakfast from staff on the first day (didnt know we could have cooked breakfast...) Breakfast not as great as the hotel, no fresh juices, bad service, no cooked breakfast Hotel with a gym center would be just perfect.

We had a fantastic time staying at this venue. The location was amazing, nestled in a grove of palms which provided both shade and sun. It was the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the beach cushions. The design of this place was cool and had a nice artistic vibe. The staff was great, everyone was very nice and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. We also appreciated the room amenities such as air conditioning and an in-room safe. The dining options were great too, with a restaurant and a bar/lounge area. we highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

The staff at Mosquito Beach were excellent and some of the best during my four week vaction. The hotel directly walk out on the beach.
Nothing I thought this place had a fantastic location extremely close to 5th Ave.

Location.
Service, staff, food: My girlfriend and I had life threatening food poisoning from the food served at the hotel within the first 24 hours of our stay and spent the next four next at either the hospital or in bed. The hotel refused to acknowledge any kind of culpability and the manager of the hotel would not even respond to our inquiry when we described our stay to her. This was the worst experience I have had at resort ever.

The location was amazing, just a few steps away from the beach. The design of the place was really cool and had a nice artistic vibe to it. The staff was the best part of it all - truly amazing service! Everyone was very nice and helpful. The beach cushions were positioned in a grove of palms, which gave shade and sun, so there was a nice variety. Having both options was great.
The room we stayed in was quite small and presented itself as a Junior Suite, which was a bit deceptive. There wasn't much space to move around, let alone store our luggage.

good location, quiet
outrageously overpriced, room very small and dark, tiny bathroom, very unconvenient room, the worst deal in Cancun !

1) If you want to spend a couple of days at the beach of Carmen del Playa, the hotel has a great location. It is only a few meters from the beach and has its own beach club (negative: music is playing constantly). 2) Hotel staff is friendly and try to help as much as possible, however they are clearly not offering 5 star service (things do not work at a first attempt, you always have to follow up)
1) Not good value for money; the rooms are very small (a junior suite is not even the size of a deluxe room at other hotels) and very dark (no proper reading light); this hotel only works if you spend all your time at the beach 2) They haven't decided what kind of hotel they want to be: clearly no 5 star but too expensive to cater for larger audience 3) Staff was only hit and miss; they are nice but don't understand what is needed to offer seamless service

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was amazing, with a beautiful beach surrounded by a grove of palms that provided both shade and sun. The design of the hotel had a cool and artistic vibe, which added to the overall experience. The staff were also great, always friendly and helpful. I couldn't have asked for better service!
Can't think of anything. It was a truly wonderful stay.

Great staff. Lovely room. Beautiful design. Stunning beach
More lunch menu selections would be better; some cheaper drink options would be great too

I recently stayed at a beachfront hotel that boasted the perfect location in a grove of palms. The setting provided an ideal mix of shade and sun, allowing guests to find their preferred spot for relaxation. The cool and artsy design of the hotel added to its charm, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The beach cushions were positioned perfectly, offering both comfort and a lovely view of the surroundings. the hotel had a nice variety of amenities and advantages, making the stay even more enjoyable.
One disappointment was the size of the room. Despite the hotel's claims of a "Junior Suite," the reality was quite different.
